Zonalinenews – Kupang, Sidang Paripurna Dewan Pimpinan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) kota kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) ke 8 dalam agenda laporan hasil akhir pendapat Fraksi terhadap, Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) akhir tahun anggaran 2012 Walikota Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT),jumat 19 juli 2013 jam 100.00 wita bertempat di ruang utama sasando gedung DPRD Kota Kupang.
Sidang di pimpin oleh Ketua DPRD kota kupang Telen Daud dan di hadiri oleh Wali kota Kupang Jonas Salean,seluruh pejabat tinggi pemerintah kota kupang dan keenam anggota Fraksi DPRD kota kupang yang terdiri dari Fraksi Golkar, Fraksi PDIP, Fraksi Demokrat, Fraksi Gerindra, Fraksi Damai Sejatera Pembangunan dan Fraksi Nurani Berkarya.
Sidang paripurna ke 8 dengan agenda LKPJ akhir tahun 2012 Wilikota kupang berjalan dengan mulus,dari hasil rapat tiap Fraksi DPRD kota Kupang kamis 18 juli 2013, dari keenem Fraksi yang mempunyai pendapatnya masing – masing tetep mendukung dan meyetujui hasil LKPJ anggaran akhir tahun 2012 Walikota Kupang.
Pada akhir siding paripuna ke 7 kamis 18 Juli 2013 sore Anggota DPRD Kris Matutina Memberi masukan pendapat kepada Ketua DPRD Telen Daud, agar menyampaikan kepada seluruh anggota DPRD harus hadir pada rapat – rapat yang akan datang harus tepat waktu yang sudah di tentukan bersama, “ sebagai Mitra kerja DPRD dan pemerintah kita harus saling menghargai., “ujar Kris Matutina
Hasil masukan anggota DPRD Kris Matutina tidak membuat Para anggota DPRD kota kupang menyadari bahwah sebagai DPRD harus memberi contoh yang baik dalam persidangan, terbukti dilakukan oleh salah satu Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Kupang dari partai Demokrat Frans . J . D . Adrianus yang masuk ruang rapat sasando DPRD kota kupang pada saat sidang paripurna ke 8 hampir selesai.
Kelakuan yang tidak terpuji sebagai Wakil Ketua DPRD kota Kupang itu di lihat oleh Pemerintah Kota kupang yang merupakan , contoh yang tidak terpuji itu sempat di tegur oleh Ketua DPRD kota kupang Telen Dauad. Siang Pak Wakil kata Telen Daud, ” Wakil Ketua DPRD menjawab siang juga pak ketua sambil mengangkat tangan kanan dengan santai”, dirinya tidak merasa contoh yang dia lakukan di depan seluruh pejabat pemerintah sebagai Mitra DPRD itu adalah contoh yang jelek di perlihatkan, contoh ketidak menghargainya seorag Wakil Ketua DPDR kota kupang terhadap pemerintah sebagai mitra DPRD.(*Hayer)
