NTT Has 23 Cases of Drug in 2013

Zonalinenews – Kupang. A total of 23 drug cases were handled by the Police of East Nusa Tenggara with 26 suspects in 2013. This was expressed by Chief of Police, Brig. Untung Yoga Ana in press conference at the end of 2013 on Monday December 30, 2013 at 12:30, in NTT Police Headquarter.

Yoga explained, from 23 cases, there were 16 cases of narcotic with the number of suspects as many as 18 people, with the completion of case as many as 12 cases of P 21 , P 19 3 cases and 1 case is still under investigation with the evidence of four plastic containing methamphetamine, 2 crib dried marijuana weighing 43.58 grams, 5 boxes of paper containing dried marijuana weighing 4.42 gram, 1 package of dry marijuana, 1 package of shabu weighing 0.23 grams of 12 packets of marijuana , and 2 packets of methamphetamine and 0,046 grams of methamphetamine.

And for illegal drug cases, according to Yoga, there were 7 cases with 8 suspects and the evidence of LL 384 pills , 2545 pills right-handed, with the resolution of cases as many as 5 cases of P21 , P19 and 1 case 1 case is still under investigation.

Meanwhile, for trafficking case, according to Yoga there are 36 cases and 36 suspects, with 206 victims and settlement of cases as many as 8 cases of P21 and 1 case of insufficient evidence, and 27 cases in the investigation process (*rusdy)

23 Kasus Narkoba NTT di Tahun 2013

Zonalinenews-Kupang. Sebanyak 23 Kasus narkoba yang di tangani Polisi Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur (Polda NTT) dengan tersangka sebanyak 26 orang di tahun 2013. Hal itu diungkapkan Kapolda, Brigjen Polisi. Untung Yoga Ana pada acara jumpa pers akhir tahun 2013 senin 30 Desember 2013 jam 12.30 di Mapolda NTT.

Yoga menjelaskan, dari 23 kasus narkoba, terdapat 16 kasus Narkotika dengan jumlah tersangka sebanyak 18 orang, dengan  penyelesain kasus sebanyak 12 kasus P 21, 3 kasus P 19  dan 1 kasus dalam penyidikan dengan barang bukti berupa 4 kantong plastik berisi shabu- shabu, 2 boks ganja kering seberat 43,58 gram, 5 boks kertas berisi ganja kering  seberat 4,42 gram, 1 paket  ganja kering, 1 paket shabu seberat 0,23 gram 12 paket ganja, serta 2 paket shabu dan 0,046  gram shabu.

Sedangkan untuk kasus obat terlarang, menurut Yoga, terdapat 7 kasus dengan tersangka  8 orang dan barang bukti berupa 384 butir pil LL, 2.545 pil Dextro, dengan penyelesaian kasus sebanyak 5 kasus P21, 1 kasus P19 dan 1 kasus masih dalam proses penyidikan.

Sementara itu untuk kasus trafficking, menurut Yoga terdapat 36 kasus dengan jumlah tersangka sebanyak 36 orang, korban sebanyak 206 orang dan penyelesaian kasus sebanyak 8 kasus P21 dan 1 kasus yang tidak cukup bukti serta 27 kasus dalam proses penyidikan (*rusdy)
