300 Houses relief for MBR

Zonalinenews – Kupang, Pemkot (City Government) of Kupang of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) in 2013, gets the assistance from the Ministry of Housing (Menpera) that are intended forpeople with low-income (MBR), especially for new residents of ex Timur-Timor in Kupang city. This was conveyed by Deputy Mayor of Kupang, Dr. Hermanus Man to the reporter at Hotel On The Rock, on Thursday (24/10/2013) at 1:30 pm.

According to Herman, the house construction will be built on the land owned by the City Government of Manulai II village on the area of 8 acres, but 2 hectares will be used for other purposes, then, the remaining of 6 acres which is sufficient for the construction of 300 houses units.

According to Hermanus, beside the assistance for MBR, there also a help from Menpera as many as 250 houses which will be provided for non- local residents. ” This self-supporting Housing aid will be given to local residents in Maulafa and Sikumana villages, with cost allocation Rp 7,500,000 per head of family,” said Herman .

Herman said , the help is not managed by the municipal government, but directly sent to the account number of people who receive the assistance basedon the survey that was conducted by the survey team of Menpera in last August. “it  doesn’t use tender system but directly given to the person who listed in the data surveyed. So, citygovernment just does controlling,” said Herman .(* Hayer )

Bantuan 300 Unit Rumah MBR Untuk Pemkot Kupang

Zonalinenews – Kupang, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), di tahun 2013 mendapatkan  bantuan rumah dari Kementerian Perumahan Rakyat (Menpera) yang diperuntukan bagi  masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Bantuan ini diperuntukan bagi warga baru eks Timor – Timur yang berada di Kota Kupang. Hal ini disampaikan Wakil Walikota Kupang, Dr. Hermanus Man kepada wartawan di Hotel On The Rock Kupang, Kamis 24 Oktober 2013 Jam 1.30 Wita.

Menurut Herman, rencananya bantuan rumah ini, akan dibangun  di tanah milik Pemkot kelurahan  Manulai II. dengan luas tanah sebesar 8 hektar, namun  2  hektar akan digunakan untuk keperluan lain, tersisa 6 hektar dimana ini  cukup untuk pembangunan 300 unit rumah.

Selain bantuan untuk MBR, menurut  Hermanus tahun ini Pemkot juga mendapat bantuan dari Menpera sebanyak 250 rumah swadaya yang akan diberikan  bagi warga lokal bukan untuk warga eks timor – Timur. “Bantuan rumah swadaya ini akan diberikan kepada warga daerah Sikumana dan Maulafa, dengan besar swadaya per kepala keluarga  Rp 7.500.000,” kata Herman.

Herman menegaskan, dana untuk bantuan rumah swadaya ini tidak dikelola oleh Pemkot tetapi langsung dikirim ke nomor rekening orang yang mendapat bantuan sesuai hasil survei yang sudah dilakukan oleh tim survey dari Menpera pada bulan Agustus lalu. “Bantuan ini bukan sistem tender tetapi langsung diberikan kepada orang yang masuk dalam data yang sudah disurvei, maka itu Pemkot hanya mengontrol,” ujar Herman.
